Black Bear Hair is a must for traditional fly tiers. These patches of Black Bear Hair feature long glossy guard hairs excellent for winging material.

Bear hair is the primary basic winging material for hairwing salmon and steelhead flies and streamers. The dense underfur makes excellent coarse dubbing for extra “buggy” looking nymphs.
