Orders placed before 11am CST will be fulfilled that business day. Orders placed after 11am CST will be fulfilled next business day.
Orders placed on Friday after 11am CST will be fulfilled the following Monday excluding US holidays.
Shipping days are Monday-Friday excluding US Holidays
For orders shipping within the 48 contiguous states, we recommend UPS, except for smaller orders under $100.
UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. For P.O. Box deliveries, please select USPS Ground Advantage. USPS Ground Advantage delivery typically takes 2–5 days, but this is only an estimate, and the Postal Service does not consider packages lost until 10–14 days after shipment.

Thorne Brothers Custom Rods: Due to the extra insurance and packing that goes into these hand built, American Made, custom fishing rods there will be a shipping rate associated with them.
Oversize Items: Fish Houses, Large Tackle Boxes, Select Rods, and Nets. These Items have a flat shipping rate; however you may be contacted with a different rate based upon your location. We will do our best to provide you with the lowest rate possible utilizing multiple carriers.

REDO FREE RETURN SHIPPING (available in US only): By selecting Redo Free Return Shipping at checkout, your shipping cost will be covered on returns.
The Redo Free Return Shipping + Package Protection cannot be removed from an order once the order has been placed.
Return Shipping Responsibility
If you choose to return an item, please ensure it is securely packaged.
- When we provide the return label: The package is covered under our shipping agreement, and we will handle any claims with the carrier if damage occurs in transit.
- When you arrange your own return shipping: You are responsible for the package until it reaches us. We recommend using a trackable, insured service to protect against loss or damage.
Items damaged during return shipping that was not arranged through our return label may not be eligible for a refund.
