All non-defective merchandise is subject to a 15% restock fee. Special orders may not be returned. All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Items paid for by check and or cash will be refunded via company check within 10 business days. All returned merchandise is subject to in-store credit after 14 days from purchase date. Credit is to be used at time of return. Customer is responsible for shipping costs of retuned items. All merchandise is subject to manufactures warranty after 30 days from original purchase.
Custom Rod Warranty (See Custom Ice Rod Below)
We at Thorne Bros stand behind our workmanship. If your rod breaks within 1 year of the date of purchase, we will replace it - No charge. After 1 year the rod will be rebuilt at a minimum of $60.00. Proof of purchase is required for all warranties. Breakage caused by misuse is. not covered under this warranty at any time. Shipping and handling will be the customer's responsibility.

Due to the extra insurance and packing that goes into these hand built, American Made, custom fishing rods there will be a shipping rate associated with them.
