St. Croix’s flagship series, each blank in the Legend Elite lineup is built with high-modulus/high-strain SCV graphite and reinforced with super-high modulus SCVI graphite in the lower section. Loaded with IPC, ART and TET as well, the result is a rod series with dramatically improved balance, power and sensitivity, combined with incredible actions.
