The Picasso Urchinator Hanger Weights offer versatile rigging options for the Urchin Craze. Push the hanger weight through the Urchin bait’s center, exposing the clip end and anchoring the weight at the rear. This hanger serves as a reliable weight system and a firm stop for the Urchin due to its contoured design. Tie it directly to your line or attach it with a split ring or snap. Plastic caps are also included in the pack and can be slipped over the end of the wire form before it is pushed through the Urchin. This allows you to penetrate the plastic with a treble or single hook point from the front, preventing your hook from coming loose and losing your urchin. A loop hangs off the back of the hanger weight, allowing rigging of an additional hook (split ring included) for increased fish hook-ups, or a small blade can be added to create fish-attracting flash! You can even join two urchins together with this feature!
The Medium Wire form-fits 10-19mm, and the Large fits 20-25mm.
