The smooth-molded, bent carbon pipe, designed for superior strength, utilizes "TORAYCAT1100G," the highest-strength carbon fiber developed through technological advancements in the aerospace industry. Furthermore, it employs Toray Industries' Nanoalloy Technology-adapted material, which achieves high performance and functionality by mixing multiple types of resins at the nanometer level to act as an adhesive for the carbon fibers. As a result, it achieves both high strength and high modulus of elasticity. In addition, the "Carbon Light Handle" is specially designed using DAIWA's carbon technology. As a result, it achieves a significant weight reduction compared to conventional machine-cut handles. This is a unique handle arm that achieves a high-level balance of seemingly contradictory elements such as lightness, high strength, and high elasticity.
