Made to work in concert with the Arsenal Stealth Silicone Tube Shields, the Arsenal Neko-Wacky Tube Plier opens when compressed and allows you to easily insert your favorite soft plastic and apply a tube shield for the perfect Wacky or Neko Rig presentation. Finished with rubber dipped grips for enhanced gripping strength, the Arsenal Neko-Wacky Tube Plier is a game-changer when it comes to rigging finesse soft plastics.

TO USE:
-Simply slide a Stealth Silicone Tube Shield on the nose of the Tube Plier.
-Compress the handles to expand the tube enough for your bait to slide through.
-Pull soft plastic through plier nose to desired location.
-With opposite hand pull silicone tube off the plier nose and onto the bait
