All correspondence regarding online orders will be via email, so please provide a valid email address when placing an order.
Once an order is placed, you should receive an email confirmation at the email address you provided.
Our website is not a "live inventory" website so we can't guarantee all items ordered will be in-stock, regardless of what the website says.
If your order has missing or out of stock items, you will be contacted via email with your options for proceeding with the order.
If your order requires 2nd or 3rd Day Shipping you will be contacted via email with your options for proceeding with the order.

All funds for orders are only authorized once order is placed (for security purposes). The funds are not officially collected until the order actually ships. So credit cards are not officially charged until the order actually ships.
